TTCS.DOC - 6/2/93 - by Christopher E. Long
TINY TAFEL COLLECTION SERVICE
This service was begun to create an additional source of Tiny Tafels for
those persons that wish to use the Tiny Tafel Editor to perform matching
reports. The fact that many commercial online services did not have large
TT databases and that not everyone had modem access to the existing TT
collections motivated its creation.
This service is not exclusive to Tiny Tafel Editor users. Anyone may
submit their Tiny Tafel to this collection. Furthermore, this service
does not exist to compete with any other Tiny Tafel collection service or
distribution channel.
It is not a matching service. It is simply a source of Tiny Tafels that
you may obtain for doing your own matchings with. It costs nothing to
add your TT.
This service is run by Christopher E. Long, author of the Tiny Tafel
Editor and Family Scrapbook genealogy program.
You may submit your Tiny Tafel by one of the following ways:
1. Post it as a message to the Sysop (Chris Long) or upload it
as a file on the Visionary Endeavors BBS, 1-904-249-9515. If
you upload it as a file, please leave a comment to the Sysop
that it is a submission to the collection.
2. As a Compuserve mail message to Chris at 76500,2073.
3. As a Fidonet netmail message to 1:112/10.
4. As an Internet message to chris.long@medinfo.jax.fl.us
5. Mail it on disk to Christopher E. Long, 632 Camelia Street,
Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. Due to the time and expense of
managing this project, your disk will not be returned.
Submitters will be sent a notice that their Tiny Tafels were received.
This notice will be sent in the same manner that the Tiny Tafel was
received. In other words, if you mail it on disk, you will be sent a
postcard notice. If you upload it to the Visionary Endeavors BBS, your
notice will be a message left to you on the BBS. If you send it via
Compuserve mail, your notice will come via that method...
A mailing list will be kept of all submitters. This will be used to
notify submitters of any changes in the submission address, phone numbers,
or submission guidelines. This list will not be made available to other
parties.
Submitters are encouraged to update their Tiny Tafels as they see it
necessary. By request, you may remove your Tiny Tafel at any time.
The entire Tiny Tafel collection is distributed as TTCSTT.ZIP and is made
available to the public in the following ways:
1. Available for download from the Visionary Endeavors BBS,
1-904-249-9515. (Fidonet sysops may freq from 1:112/10)
2. Available for download from the Compuserve Genealogy Forum.
(GO ROOTS)
3. Available on disk by mail from Christopher Long, 632 Camelia
Street, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. Please send $3 ($5 if you
are outside of North America) to cover cost of disk, postage,
and mailing materials. Specify disk size!
The compilation of Tiny Tafels is Copyright 1993, Christopher E. Long,

Think of TTCS as a Freeware product: It is not intended to make me or
anyone else rich. It is hoped that genealogy researchers everywhere will
use it and contribute to it so that it helps further their research.
Except for the following distribution rights, this collection may not be
distributed without the express written permission of Christopher E. Long.
